Refunds and cancellation
1. Free waitlist
The waitlist costs nothing and doesn't commit you to buy anything.
2. Paid plans (when they launch)
- Plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Before you pay, the checkout shows the price, billing period, renewal terms and how to cancel, and you agree with a separate, unticked checkbox.
- If there is a free trial, we tell you its length up front and remind you before it turns into a paid plan.
- For yearly plans we email you a reminder 15–45 days before each renewal with the date and amount.
- We tell you at least 30 days before any price change; you can cancel before it applies.
3. Cancel any time, online
- Cancel in your account settings (or through the link in your receipt) in a few clicks – the same way you signed up. You can also email fightzyhelp@gmail.com; we process it within 1–3 business days.
- There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- We confirm every cancellation by email.
4. Refunds
- 14-day money-back on your first payment: ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we refund it in full – no questions. This also covers the 14-day withdrawal right for consumers in the EU, the UK and Israel.
- Renewals: renewal payments are not refundable once the new period starts, except where the law says otherwise, or if you were charged by mistake or after you cancelled – then we refund it.
- Credit packs (if offered): unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Service problems: if Fightzy doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, we refund the affected period.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days (your bank may take longer).
5. Your legal rights by country
European Union and United Kingdom
You have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from an online contract. Our 14-day money-back above gives you at least that. Once the UK's new subscription rules take effect, we'll also follow their renewal reminders and cooling-off rules.
United States
We follow state automatic-renewal laws, including California's (Bus. & Prof. Code §17600 et seq.): clear terms before purchase, express consent, an acknowledgement email, and online cancellation in the same way you signed up.
Australia
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure with the service, you are entitled to cancel and get a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.
Canada
Provincial consumer protection laws (for example, Québec's and Ontario's rules for distance and online contracts) apply to you in addition to this policy.
Israel
Under the Consumer Protection Law you may cancel an online (distance) transaction within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the transaction summary, whichever is later (four months for people with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants, as the law sets). You may cancel an ongoing subscription at any time. We charge no cancellation fee.
6. Who processes payments
Payments will be handled by our payment provider, which may be the seller of record and will appear on your statement. Refunds are issued through it. [Name the payment provider before launch]
